Swag Bag Partners
Each guest and participant of Elysium will be gifted a digital swag bag at the end of the end of the evening. Inside of our intentions of local and symbiotic we are doing a digital swag bag (less waste and a more direct contact to the local business' of Victoria).
We are looking for local businesses that would like to offer something complimentary to our guests.
The guest will get to come into your shop to pick up your offering which means they get to learn where your store is, what you sell and offer, your line of products and services and start their relationship with you.
We recommend an offering that is specific and entices the guest to make their way to your store and affordable enough for you to gift to 100 that item.
Some businesses are offering discounts to their store or services as part of the swag bag which you are welcome to do as well. And we do recommend an actual physical product to have guests come and receive.
To participate we will need:

- a brief bio of your store/business,
- the offering and a description of the offering
- the value of the offering
- the way you would like them to redeem
- any notes (limited to the first x#, only valid until when, etc)
- any contact information
- any logo, picture of item, picture of store
Online Auction Donation
We are taking the opportunity of a group of people gathered to make a difference and raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Several of our organizers have had direct experiences that made a difference to their family that the Ronald McDonald House was available to them to provide some level of home and normalcy while away and dealing with very unfortunate circumstances. It helped keep the family unit intact and gave a sense of community and support when really needed most.
100% of the funds raised from the auction (along with net proceeds of the event) will be going to Ronald McDonald House Charities.
We are looking for businesses that would like to donate and make a difference. You item will be viewed by many, not just the event guests and participants as it is an online auction so will have a wide reaching audience. This is a chance to showcase yourself and bring awareness to your services and business and what you offer.
The auction will open on Saturday May 4th at 5pm and close Thursday May 16th at 7pm, giving lots of time to raise the most funds possible from your donation (and be viewed by more people!)
