Located in Victoria, BC, Canada, we are making all of our product using materials sourced as close to home as possible and with the best quality taken into account. Embracing a 'made to order' model, we prioritize sustainability by reducing waste, making conscious packaging and material sourcing choices, supporting our local community through fair and living wages, and through philanthropic initiatives.
Intention Wares is always, and in all ways, mindful of our impact on people and on the planet. We are continuously taking stock and aware of our future - in the quality and obtaining of the materials; the manufacturing of products; and, the culture and environment we offer those we work with and those we serve.

We are intentional.
We are committed to come from intention; always and in all ways. This is not simply a motto for us, this is intentional in action, in speaking and in being. We ongoingly look at our intentions and how can we foster and cultivate those intentions. We invest most of our time, energy and effort here as this is what we refer to as our source; our primary foundation that all is built on and comes from. We are always and in all ways looking at how can we have those intentions alive and honoured:

We refer to authentic as the alignment of words, action and energy across all faucets of us; the integrity of true expression of being. We rEach for authenticity personally and individually at an owner level; honest and looking, living true to ourselves and our values. We source from authenticity in our business principles and practices with, looking across all layers and departments including with each member of the team. We bring ourself and expression in community and in service of the biggest version of our values outside of our walls. |

The definition of calibre is the quality or standard of someone or something; the degree or grade of excellence, importance or worth; the diameter. Symbiotic
A symbiotic relationship is one in which organisms, people or things exist together in a way that benefits them all. Symbiotic is cooperative, collaborative and interdependent. What matters to us around here is that everyone wins the day and that we walk lightly and mightily. We first and foremost look to do no harm. We are invested in minimizing any degrading or negative impact we have on this planet and people and look for new and creative solutions and ways to work that leaves a net forwarding positive and future focused impact of contribution and livelihood. |
